Frame time is even most of the way, but the opening area drops to the low 40s whenever the camera pans across the water. Reproduced it four times from a cold start, same spot each time.

Everything after that held 60 without trouble.

Two hours in, one hard crash on Alt-Tab

Hard crash to desktop when alt-tabbing during a cutscene. Happened twice in two hours, both times in the same cutscene, both times within a second of switching windows.
