Shader compilation stutter on the first run only
First twenty minutes stutter every time a new effect shows up, then it is smooth for the rest of the session and after a restart. A precompile step on first launch would hide it.

Frame drops in the opening area, otherwise stable
Played through the first act on PC. Frame time is even most of the way, but the opening area drops to the low 40s whenever the camera pans across the water. Reproduced it four times from a cold start,…

Everything after that held 60 without trouble.
