Frame drops in the opening area, otherwise stable

Played through the first act on PC. Frame time is even most of the way, but the opening area drops to the low 40s whenever the camera pans across the water. Reproduced it four times from a cold start,… Played through the first act on PC. Frame time is even most of the way, but the opening area drops to the low 40s whenever the camera pans across the water. Reproduced it four times from a cold start, same spot each time.

Everything after that held 60 without trouble.

Controller input lag on the menu, not in-game

Menu navigation with a controller has noticeable input lag, maybe 150ms. In-game input is fine, so it looks like it is the menu layer only. Mouse in the same menu is instant. Menu navigation with a controller has noticeable input lag, maybe 150ms. In-game input is fine, so it looks like it is the menu layer only. Mouse in the same menu is instant.
